Registration for the National Libraries Summit is open!

The National Libraries Summit is only for directors and senior leaders of National Libraries.

If you have not attended or registered for a previous conference please send your contact information to [email protected] to be put on the mailing list for updates.

REGISTRATION AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:

To speed up the booking process, please fill download and fill out the appropriate Visa or Non-Visa form based on your travel requirements. In addition to your Visa/Non-Visa form, please send the other travel documents required to Delin Guerra at [email protected]. We are unable to book your flight or hotel, if any of these documents are not received.

1. For applicants with No visa requirement, please fill out the Non-Visa Form
2. For applicants with visa requirement, please fill out the Visa Form
   • You may type (N/A) to questions that are not applicable
3. Send a Passport copy (JPG Format scanned clearly)
4. Send a (passport photo + white background) in JPG Format scanned clearly
5. Please fill out the Flight Form
